RETURN POLICY

For All Items, we accept exchanges within 14 days of delivered product. Shipping and handling on exchanges are not covered by BizBulbs. If your product is damaged during shipping, we require you to keep the original packaging and contact us within 48 hours upon delivery of product. Damaged shipments will be evaluated and you will be credited according to the outcome of  your claim.

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship via UPS and US Postal Service. Orders submitted will be processed within 24 HOURS of the next BUSINESS day and shipped once we receive credit card authorization. Ground shipping time can take anywhere from 3-7 business days from the date your order was placed depending on location. We reserve the right to ship with any carrier of our choice to insure the order is delivered with the proper care.
